Order procedure

Clicking on the link on a product page will add the item to your shopping cart.
In the shopping cart you may:

Continue to select more items.
Change the quantity of any item. You must then click the Update button.
Delete any item.
Clear the entire cart.
Order a Starter Kit for melting holes into your cartridges.

Enter and update your country to calculate the carriage charge and tax applicable. Vat (Value Added Tax) at 15% is only payable in the UK and the EEC. However in the EEC Vat is not payable if you enter a valid EEC Vat number into the cart.

Delivery timing, methods and charges

Delivery of orders up to 1.0 kg in weight to UK addresses is by first class letter post. 92% of first class deliveries arrive the next day.
Delivery of orders between 1.0kg and 2.0kg in weight to UK addresses is by second class letter post.
Delivery of orders over 2.0kg in weight to UK addresses is by UK Mail 24 or Parcelforce 48 courier.
Delivery of orders up to 2 kg in weight to addresses outside the UK is by Airmail post with a signature required on delivery. This is tracked all the way wherever possible.
Delivery of orders over 2 kg in weight to addresses outside the UK is by scheduled delivery by carriers.
Overseas orders usually take 3 – 10 days. Overseas orders are sometimes delayed in Customs on entry.

orders received by 3.30pm are normally shipped the same day if they are from stock. 95% plus of orders received are supplied from stock. If an order or item will not be shipped within 7 days, you will be given the option to cancel it for a refund.

In the UK the following carriage and handling charges are made:
More than £30 plus vat - Free.
Less than £30 plus vat - £1.95 plus vat.

Outside the UK carriage and handling is calculated according to the order shipping weight and the destination country automatically by our shopping cart.

Vat is added to all prices and charges where applicable.

Order acceptance

Orders and receipt of payment do not form a binding sales contract but this is formed by our acceptance of your order. We normally confirm our order acceptance and the time of shipping by email within 4 working hours of receiving notice of payment for an order.

Payment methods

We accept payment generally by credit or debit card, PayPal, sterling cheque or bank draft or by direct transfer to our bank account. Our shopping cart enables you to process the methods appropriately. We accept most credit cards including American Express.

We do not accept certain payment methods from certain countries. You will not then be able to select those methods.

Under some circumstances we will require further proof of identity and delivery address before we accept your order. This is in the interests of reducing fraudulent transactions. It is helpful if you can avoid “Hotmail” type email addresses, and provide a phone number where we can reach you, especially if the delivery address and your card address are different or you are from a country from which fraud commonly originates.
